Coatings characterization (structure characteristics, hardness, elastic properties, adhesion strength, tribological propertiest, wear-resistance, thermal stability, oxidation resistance etc.). Spectroscopic studies. Optical emission spectroscopy. Fourier transform infrared and Raman spectroscopy. Plasma diagnostics.
